2016 Winter Marketing-Economics Summit

The 2016 Winter Marketing-Economics Summit is organized by Jean-Pierre Dubé (Chicago Booth) and Florian Stahl (University of Mannheim) and brings together researchers in a Rocky Mountains ski resort. The aim is to discuss and develop new ideas at the intersection of marketing and economics in a stimulating and relaxing environment.

The third Winter Marketing-Economics Summit will be in Vail (Vail Mountain Resort) .

Scientific Committee:
Naturally one of the key features of the conference is its organization around the chief recreational activity of skiing. The informal atmosphere affords participants the chance to discuss their work together and to generate new ideas and build research relationships.

  • The Vail ski resort is the largest ski resort in the U.S.;

    and 1.5-2 hour drive from Denver (CO) airport.
